The energy storage core material is made of aluminum foil and treated with a hydrophilic special process. A hydrophilic film layer is coated on the surface of the aluminum foil to accelerate the diffusion of water molecules, significantly reduce the condensation of condensate water, and effectively prevent the accumulation and blockage of air ducts, which may affect the heat exchange rate. After the base material is coated with a hydrophilic film, its corrosion resistance is effectively enhanced. It also reduces air flow resistance and noise generation, thereby significantly increasing the heat exchange rate by 10% to 15%. From the perspective of manufacturing process, after the base material is coated with hydrophilic film, during the pressing and forming process, the cross-sectional dimensions of the air duct can be well obtained, the surface wear of the pressing mold can be reduced, the stability during the rolling process is improved, and the strength and rigidity of the overall wheel core are enhanced.
