The working principle of heat recovery wheel mainly includes the following aspects:
Basic working principle
The heat recovery wheel realizes the exchange of heat and humidity through the rotating heat storage body. The exhaust air in the room is discharged to the outside through the upper part of the wheel, and the fresh air outside enters the room through the lower part of the wheel. In this process, the exhaust air transfers heat and moisture to the heat storage body of the wheel, and the fresh air absorbs these heat and moisture from the heat storage body, thereby realizing preheating and humidification (winter) or precooling and dehumidification (summer).
Energy exchange process
The heat recovery wheel uses the temperature difference and water vapor partial pressure difference between the fresh air and the exhaust air to exchange moisture and heat. The motor drives the wheel to rotate slowly through a chain or belt, and the air passes through the heat storage body at a low speed, thereby realizing efficient energy recovery.
Full heat recovery efficiency
The full heat recovery wheel can not only recover sensible heat (temperature load), but also recover latent heat (humidity load).
