Integral runner wheels are mainly classified based on the structure of the wheel core, applicable to wheel core diameters of 2.5 meters or less, and cover all types of wheel core composition materials. The overall components can be classified as: hub parts, wound air duct main bodies, peripheral plates and spoke-type reinforcing parts. Their materials are all aluminum alloy products. The wheel hub is equipped with maintenance-free bearings inside, and no lubricating grease needs to be added later. The integral runner is the most optimized choice in terms of process, cost, manufacturing and cost performance.
