When there are special requirements for the production, installation and transportation of heat recovery rotors, the heat recovery rotors will be transported or transferred in a split structure, and then assembled on site as complete machine components for installation and commissioning. The split structure takes an aluminum inner ring as the central carrier. Corrugated aluminum foil and flat aluminum foil are superimposed and wound along the edge until the required diameter is reached. Then, the aluminum alloy sheet is rolled into a panel for enclosure and fixation. After forming the built-in spoke reinforcement, along the diameter direction, radial equal division is carried out, which can achieve the processing of even slices ranging from 4 to 12 pieces. The advantages of the slitting type heat recovery rotor lie in its ease of transportation and operation in confined Spaces, as well as the ability to replace failed cores on-site.
