The main characteristics of the total heat recovery rotor are: On the basis of the original 0.06-0.07mm thick aluminum alloy substrate, adsorption coating is applied to the upper and lower layers. The main purpose is to continuously adsorb various molecules including water molecules in the released air flow, and recover potential temperature energy in the adsorption (adsorption) and desorption processes. The width of the total heat recovery rotor is 100 to 280mm. The manufacturing process of the formed and rolled air duct products is basically the same as that of the rotor production process. The total heat recovery rotor not only has a high sensible heat efficiency but also has the potential characteristic of molecular energy recovery. Its total heat recovery efficiency is much higher than that of a single sensible heat recovery efficiency. However, due to the adsorption characteristics of the total heat recovery rotor, the stripping and isolation of harmful molecules cannot be completely eliminated, which is prone to cross-contamination between air flows.
