The characteristics of the hydrophilic aluminum foil heat recovery rotor are mainly reflected in the coating of hydrophilic component film layers on both sides of the aluminum alloy substrate with a thickness of 0.06 to 0.07mm. The purpose is to utilize the binding force between water molecules on the coated surface to make the existence form of condensate water more delicate and flat, rather than the normal three-dimensional form of water droplets or particles. When the air flow blows over the surface, it can quickly carry away the condensate water, avoiding the accumulation and blockage in the air duct and thus the impact on the heat recovery efficiency. At the same time, after adding the peritoneum, it effectively blocks the contact of acids, alkalis, salts and other components in the air with the aluminum substrate, improving the corrosion resistance. It can also effectively regulate the environmental humidity. The width of the hydrophilic aluminum foil heat recovery rotor is 100 to 280mm. The manufacturing process of the formed and rolled air duct products is basically the same as that of the rotor production process.
