The working principle of rotary heat exchanger is based on rotary full heat exchanger, whose core component is a honeycomb rotor that rotates continuously at a speed of 10-12 rpm. The rotor is made of special aluminum foil as a carrier, covered with non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly heat storage and moisture absorption materials, and synthesized by high-tech methods.
Working principle
Air flow and energy exchange: The exhaust air in the room is discharged to the outside through the upper half of the rotor core, and the outdoor fresh air is sent to the room through the lower half of the rotor core. The fresh air and the exhaust air flow in the opposite direction inside the rotor, relying on the temperature difference and the water vapor partial pressure difference for heat and moisture exchange.
Energy conversion: The rotary full heat exchanger realizes the transfer of cold and heat in the exhaust air to the fresh air through the rotation of the rotor. In summer, the cold of the exhaust air is absorbed by the fresh air to achieve pre-cooling and dehumidification; in winter, the heat of the exhaust air is absorbed by the fresh air to achieve pre-heating and humidification.
Material and Structure: The rotor uses special aluminum foil as a carrier, covered with heat storage and moisture absorption materials to form a honeycomb structure. This design provides a large contact area, which is conducive to the exchange of sensible heat and latent heat.
