‌Regular inspection and cleaning‌: Regularly check the appearance and blockage of the wheel to confirm whether there is any abnormality. If there is a sign of blockage, you can use a vacuum cleaner to clean it or wash it with water. If the dust has completely blocked the honeycomb holes, cleaning will become very difficult.

‌Precautions for cleaning‌: When cleaning with water, it is necessary to cool the wheel with outdoor air in advance. The water temperature should be lower than 50°C and avoid using steam. In addition, alkaline water may damage the performance of the wheel, so it should be avoided.

‌High temperature regeneration process‌: High temperature regeneration is one of the important maintenance steps of the hot wheel. The specific process includes introducing external air, shutting down the treatment fan, heating to the set temperature (usually 250°C), and maintaining this state for at least 12 hours (recommended 24 hours).

‌Common precautions‌:

Regularly check and clean the filter device in front of the wheel to ensure that the particle content in the exhaust gas is low to avoid wheel blockage.
Regularly inspect the wind pressure of the two chambers before and after the rotor. If the wind pressure difference is large, check whether it is blocked. Oil the rotor chain regularly to ensure its service life. According to the change of the fan air volume, properly adjust the rotor speed and the desorption fan air volume to ensure the desorption effect. The desorption temperature should be maintained at 200-220 degrees to ensure a good desorption effect. When the equipment is shut down, the rotor air inlet fan and electric heater should be turned off first, and the desorption fan should be turned off after the wheel has been idle for a few turns, and finally the rotor motor should be turned off. Through the above maintenance measures, the service life of the hot rotor can be effectively extended and its efficient operation can be ensured.
