Maintenance of hot runners mainly includes the following aspects:
Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly check the appearance and blockage of the runner to confirm whether there is any abnormality. If a sign of blockage is found, you can use a vacuum cleaner to clean it or wash it with water. If the honeycomb holes are completely blocked, cleaning will become very difficult. When cleaning, the water temperature should be lower than 50°C, and avoid using steam and alkaline water to prevent the performance of the runner from deteriorating.
Wind pressure inspection: Regularly inspect the wind pressure of the two chambers before and after the runner. If there is a large wind pressure difference, check whether there is any blockage.
Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly oil the runner chain to ensure its service life. At the same time, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the motor reducer, and regularly check whether there is any shedding on the runner surface, and replace the sealing strip in time.
High temperature regeneration process: The regeneration temperature should be maintained at 250°C, and keep running in this state for at least 12 hours after stabilization (recommended 24 hours). During the regeneration process, it is necessary to confirm that there are no smoke particles attached to the surface of the rotor to avoid excessive heating and fire of the rotor.
Operation when the equipment is shut down: When the equipment is shut down, the rotor air intake fan should be turned off first, then the electric heater should be turned off, and the desorption fan should be turned off after the wheel has been idle for 2-3 circles, and finally the rotor motor should be turned off.
Common precautions: including regular replacement of the filter device, checking whether the two ends of the rotor main shaft need oiling and maintenance, and paying attention to the heat dissipation of the motor reducer, etc.
