The three control programs of the hot wheel mainly include: online control program, offline control program and manual control program.
Online control program: In this mode, the zeolite wheel continues to rotate during high-temperature regeneration, and the desorption inlet temperature gradually increases to the set temperature (such as 300°C). This mode does not require stopping the rotation of the wheel, so the impact on production is small, but more precise temperature control is required to avoid damage to the wheel by high temperature.
Offline control program: In this mode, the wheel stops rotating during high-temperature regeneration, and the desorption inlet temperature gradually increases to the set temperature. After the regeneration is completed, the clean area is transferred to the cooling area, and the desorption area is transferred to the desorption area. Although this mode is simple to operate, it has a certain impact on production and requires shutdown for regeneration.
Manual control program: This is a traditional operation method that requires professional technicians to operate on-site, monitor the high-temperature regeneration process, and adjust the operating parameters in real time according to actual conditions. This method relies on manual operation, is inefficient and has high risks.
