The sensible heat rotor heat exchange device includes: sensible heat storage core component; External shell components; It consists of four major parts: the sealing component and the drive component. The sensible heat storage core component is made of aluminum-based aluminum foil pressed dense air duct with sensible heat energy recovery function, usually customized according to the air volume and recovery rate, cylindrical in shape (200mm in height), with maintenance-free bearing at the center to meet the requirement of 12 revolutions per minute self-rotation. The outer shell component is an external enclosure for fixing, protecting and sealing the energy storage core, and also serves as an installation for connecting, sealing and fixing to the air conditioning unit. It is typically made of profiles and galvanized sheets. Sealing components are used for dynamic airflow sealing to prevent airflow from flowing out or mixing, and are typically installed along the circumferential and diameter directions on both windward sides of the wheel core. The drive component is the power source for the rotation of the sensible heat storage core component, and different power motors are matched according to the diameter of the core wheel to meet the requirements of stable operation.
