Logical Control of Start-Stop Operation for Total Heat Exchange Units
The start-up operation of the total heat exchange unit is controlled by the temperature and humidity difference between the fresh air and return air. Equipped with highly sensitive built-in temperature and humidity sensors, the unit continuously monitors the airflow in the fresh air and return air chambers. When the temperature difference reaches approximately 7°C, the total heat recovery module automatically starts operation to exchange cooling or heating energy. This process adjusts the supply air's temperature and humidity, effectively reducing indoor energy consumption. At the same time, the unit ensures its own energy consumption meets the minimum standard.
